Commission Policy
Vrishabha Properties & Constructions works on a professional brokerage and facilitation basis.
A standard commission is applicable on every successful transaction.
Commission percentage or fixed charges may vary depending on property type (residential, commercial, land, or revenue property) and deal complexity.
The exact commission amount will be mutually discussed and agreed before closing any deal.
Commission becomes payable once an agreement, advance, or final sale is completed between buyer and seller.
The full commission amount must be cleared at least one day before property registration or on/before the day of registration.
Site visits, negotiations, documentation assistance, and coordination are included as part of our service.
If a client attempts to directly complete a transaction with the property owner for any property introduced by Vrishabha Properties & Constructions,
without our knowledge or involvement, the agreed commission remains fully applicable and must be settled, as our services and introductions form the basis of the transaction.

Final legal verification, documentation, and purchase responsibility rests solely with buyers and sellers.
